The infinite eternal nature of Para-Brahma (The Supreme Universe), the infinite and complete state of the universe which radiates off Para-Shiva. It is the highest aspect of Shiva in Shaiva Siddhanta. Below him are the primordial Shiva with the Parashakti and Sadashiva with seven Shaktis residing on each Chakra below the crown!

It is the self-sustaining nature of the cosmos, the completeness of the universe. What is complete gives birth to something which by itself is complete. The universe is complete and from the universe is born our world, which again by itself is complete. If we take away fullness from fullness, fullness still remains, thereby incorporating the inexhaustible infiniteness of Paara-Brahma.

According to the Shaiva Siddhanta tradition, which is a major school of Shaivism, Parashiva is absolute reality which is beyond human comprehension and is beyond all attributes. In this aspect Shiva is both formless and with forms. He is beyond both dvaita and advaita. and in classical vedic theology, Parashiva is both the source and the destination of everything in the existence.
